What makes our service and training so effective?
Our medical coding and billing program balances knowledge of medical science, technical skills and coding experience by our experts. Assessment and evaluation is done by professional coding specialists who care about your success. Our practical approach takes students through a careful step-by-step study of what medical coders and billers need to know to get the job done right.

After having studied the medical coding and billing industry for several years, specifically looking for ways to make our program the best in the industry, we have now put together a team of coding specialists who are active and practicing in the field of coding and billing. The Reliant Health now offers a program that uses the best and eliminates time-wasting "fluff" or filler classes that add little or nothing to on-the-job success. We give training to students who have a graduate degree in science. So, our students who can get out there quickly and use the skills they've learned, knowing that they will also need to continue learning throughout a career in medical reimbursement.

We get to know our students and what they hope to accomplish. This is a very practical course for those who want quality results. While our program is excellent for polishing the skills of experienced coders, it is designed for those with no previous medical background or education. Our personal attention and ability to modify the program to meet the needs of each and every student is one reason for the success of our graduates. As an additional and continuing support system, The Reliant Health provides a mentorship program for advanced students and graduates.

Our step-by-step, work-at-your-own-pace program uses hundreds of exercises based on actual medical reports with challenging drills to build speed and accuracy. Students are exposed to situations and assignments they may encounter on the job, with a very careful assessment and evaluation of what the student has done. Students will not only know if they have coded and billed correctly, but will also know why. This will pay off later on the job in quicker reimbursements and reduction of claim denials. Our graduates will be better prepared to help protect medical facilities against improper coding which could result in costly fines. These skills are likely to be ever more valuable in the future as the health care system grows even more complicated. While we will never claim to be perfect, our staff works diligently to provide the best for our students and graduates.
