Ongoing technical support is provided by individuals with expertise in all areas of practice management as well as computers and operating systems. We utilize the latest communication tools to answer your questions and solve your problems.
Product feed back is continually encouraged from clients and is used to direct the evolution of our EMR software. Ongoing seminars are performed throughout the country as part of your technical support services and Internet based training is provided as well. |

Support Coverage
Included with the cost of each EMR software Program is a time period of Software Support ranging from ninety days to one year. Software support is available to help you with your questions, problems, and the on-going learning process. After your initial training, the Support Department will take over, providing you with additional in-depth assistance whenever needed.
Support is available to you and your staff free of charge, for the time period specified on your order. You receive unlimited 1-800 support line calls, Internet support, our quarterly newsletter, software updates free of charge, and free participation in our continuing education seminars and Product Update Seminars held around the country. Our support desk is open round the clock 7 days a week and 365 days year. |

Implementation & Training Team
Installing any new computer system requires a transition period, but our unsurpassed technology and implementation process make the conversion as painless as possible. Our streamlined implementation process takes you through each step of the installation with minimum effort and disruption to your business. We assist you in every stage of the process, provide expert training to you and your staff on how to effectively utilize the system, and provide you with support to make sure your system works properly. Most importantly, we are able to complete the installation and training within a few short weeks. The Implementation and Training Department becomes involved immediately after a new client joins Reliant Health. We work closely with each client to provide a customized approach to the implementation of their system.
The Implementation and Training Department is focused on meeting the following objectives:
- Enabling our clients to transition smoothly from their existing systems.
- Training until the physician and staff are comfortable utilizing the functions of their new system.
- Helping clients take ownership of their new systems.
- Enhancing the implementation process with a Project Team that is dedicated and personally committed to client success.

Training is the Answer
If you want to become a better Tennis player, you need to take a few lessons from the professional tennis coach. The same is true for software. While we've tried to create the most intuitive and user-friendly environment possible, Reliant Health Software is a very dynamic and comprehensive product. Without proper training there are certain features that will be underutilized by your office.
To get the most out of your software and reduce your learning curve, we suggest some form of training early in the software implementation. To fit your budget and your schedule we have many types of training to choose from.

On-Site Training
On-site Training provides personalized training, focusing on the specific needs of your practice. Each On-site session is a full 8-hour day customized to the needs of the participants.
Our on-site training sessions are the most comprehensive and customized training for your office. Our training department will work with you and your staff to develop a training session that specifically answers your questions. Once the training agenda is created, someone from our training department will come to your office and train your whole office to learn the system. |

Individual Internet Training
Individual training is a one hour completely custom training session. This is your opportunity to ask any questions regarding any area of the program in a one-on-one setting. Although it is not necessary, it is recommended that you brief the trainer before the session so they can be prepared for your questions. |

Regional Training Session
Regional Seminars are designed for Novice users and users that while not brand new, are still getting to know Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records Seminars are held throughout the year in various major cities. Please refer to the Regional Seminar schedule for cities and dates.
The fee for the seminar is $275 per person attending, includes a continental breakfast and lunch. (There is a $25 late fee added to the training for signing up within 7 days of the session.) |
