1. Creating a Pool of Nurses - Day 0-30 |

We must first create a large pool of applications from
which to pick our nurses. This will be done by:
- Weekly Advertising in the Largest Newspapers
- Meet and Greet at the Time of the CGFNS Exam
- orinetation at offices in Hydrabad, Bangalore, Cochin,
New Delhi, Bombay and Pune
- Meet with Nursing Students at Various Nursing Colleges
- Meet with Nurses at Large Hospitals

2. Initial Nurse Interviews at Reliant Health Office - Day 0-30 |
|

After all our recruitment, efforts we will call the nurse
for an interview at Reliant Health Office in Hyderabad,
Bangalore and Cochin, India.
Nurse will fill out Reliant Health Application Material.
Interview #1
Our head of nurse recruiting, who will be a RN, will interview the nurses to evaluate them on:
Knowledge
Depth of Skill
English Proficiency
Interview #2
The Director of Recruiting will also interview her, if she passes the initial RN interview. The Director of Recruiting will be a Medical Doctor.

3. Background, Work and Education Check - Day 0-40 |

4. Interview at Hyderabad, Bangalore, Cochin,
Bombay and New Delhi with Potential Employer - Day 40-50
|

We will arrange a present day once a month or once every
two months for about five to ten days in which a representative
of your organization will be in Hyderabad and Bangalore
to interview our selected nurses.
You may also interview the nurses over the phone.

5. Decision from your hospital - Day
40-50 |

Hospitals representative will identify the nurses that they would like to hire.

All successful candidates will have to give their passports to us. this will act as a security deposit while their visa applications are under processing.

6. Applying for NCLEX Exam, TOEFL and TSE Exam - Day 40-50 |

Application wiil be available at our office to all of
the successful nurses to apply for these standardised
tests.

7. NCLEX Exam, TOEFL and TSE Exam Prep - Day 40-100 |

NCLEX Review
The Nurses will be enrolled in review courses in Hyderabad
and Bangalore for training to take the NCLEX exam.

Reliant Health will help enroll the students in review
courses in Hyderabad and Bangalore. some students who
are enrolled in evening classes reliant Health van will
pick up and drop them at class, for safety and compliance.
Reliant Health can help enroll the students at TOEFL
and TSE training center.
Study Center in India
The study center will be a library at Reliant Health
Office. There will be extensive library resources so
that nurses can study during the hours of 8 am - 8
pm.
We will have NCLEX computer review material, and all
currently available review books.
Teaching center in India
The teaching center will be used to train all our recruited
nurses in:
- Computer Skills
- Enhance English skills
- Personal Hygiene
- Etiquette
- Survival in USA - To write a check, setup a bank account, tax education, transportation knowledge, driving, etc.

8. Take the NCLEX Exam, TOEFL and TSE Exam - Day 105 |
|

The students will be flown to USA to take the NCLEX exam. TOEFL and TSE can be taken in India.

Reliant Health will help in coordinating the travel arrangements. Reliant Health will stay in constant touch with the nurses and make sure that everything is coordinated. Reliant Health staff will be available to travel with the Nurses if necessary.
Reliant Health will take over the responsibility of the entire USA trip.

9. Results of NCLEX Exam, TOEFL and TSE Exam - Day 120-135 |

We will await the result of the exam for our nurses. This usually take between 15-30 days.

10. Visa Processing Begins - Day 120-135 |
|
| |
Reliant Health or your organization will apply for H1-B or EB-3 visa based on the position the nurse has been hired for. Supervisory nurses will have an H1-b applied for, and all other non-supervisory nurses will have an EB-3 visa applied for.

11. Credential Verification by the CGFNS - Day 120-135 |

We will help the applicant fill out the required paperwork for credential verification. We will also follow up with the Nursing Colleges to make sure they have sent the material to CGFNS so that we will have quick processing.

12. Interview for a Visa at the Embassy - Day 300 |
|
| |
Since Nurses from South will go to Chennia and Nurses
from North will go New Delhi and nurses from western
India will go to Bombay embassy . we will accompany
the candidates to these embassies, and make sure that
they are completely comfortable with the whole process.
As long as the papers are in order, the visa is issued
the same day.

Reliant Health will help coordinate the nurses for the trip to Chennai. We will make all travel arrangements for the nurses. Reliant Health staff is available to accompany the nurses for the interview at the embassy.

13. Arrive in USA - Day 315 |
|

The nurse will arrive in USA within 15 days of the
visa being issued. She will be housed in a spacious house fully furnished to three star hotel
standards.
